I've made this once before and it's turned out to be one of the most comfortable shirts I own. The shirt is made from a Black cotton spandex, and the pattern only needed a sway back adjustment.
(and in the background my latest acquisition, a treadle!!... more on that later)
It has a hidden buttoned placket, french cuffs, and a high rolled collar.
I especially like the collar stand detail.

I see that treadle in the background, looks to be in excellent condition! Nice shirt, looks comfortable which I tend to struggle with. The dropped shoulder...did you need to do a high bust adjustment to avoid bunching there, or is the excess fabric graded out on the front bodice piece at the base of the armscye? I have had a problem with pleats forming there, little pointy pleats.
Do you see what I mean on the pattern photo, on the right, that fabric cluster under the right arm. Yours isn't like that!
I didn't make the normal full bust adjustment and it looks fine. The armscye is high on this shirt and the sleeve itself is narrow. The excess fabric is pulled up into the bust area. This is drafted like a kimono sleeve, and there will always be a little excess fabric there that you wouldn't normally have with a fitted sleeve, but this has been a great pattern for me.
The treadle is in excellent condition the cabinet has some dings on the top cover but overall I would say it was a fun find.
Your shirt looks great, really well made and it must be so comfortable to wear in the knit fabric.
Thank you Allison, it's a pattern worth hunting down. It's not a knit, it's a cotton poplin with spandex, so a woven with stretch. It would be even more comfortable in a knit though :)
